This type of tank bottom valve has obtained the patent for utility model which is innovative designed for special equipment with insulation jacket. Inclined stem design, enlarge the angle between actuator and bottom of storage tank, so that the actuator can be in good protection. Use ISO5211 actuator platform design, without connection bracket make the actuator drive easily assembled. Be widely used in reactors, vessels and storage tanks, for Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Chemical and Cosmetics Processing.
1. The valve is easy to operate, flexible and reliable in movement;
2. The valve flap device is easy to maintain, the sealing structure is reasonable, and the sealing ring is convenient and practical to replace;
3. The bottom structure of the valve body is designed as a flat bottom type, the valve body is O type;
4. The inner cavity of the valve body is equipped with erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing rings. When the valve is opened, it can protect the valve body from being washed and corroded by the medium. The sealing ring is specially treated to make the surface hardness reach HRC56-62, which has a high Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant functions;
5. The cover of the valve disc seal is surfacing with cemented carbide when required, and the sealing pair adopts line sealing to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring.
