The micro gas pressure regulator nitrogen valve is part of ZZDG/X nitrogen sealing device is mainly used for the contents control of nitrogen gas pressure regulator at the top of the tank to protect the consents of the tank from being nitrite and the safety of the tank.

Nitrogen seal device is composed of ZZDG gas pressure regulator and ZZDX nitrogen valve two major components. The gas pressure regulator consists of a pressure controller and a ZMQ-K single-seat shut-off valve. When the pressure inside the tank rises to set pressure, nitrogen valve will open quickly and release the excess pressure in the tank.

When the pressure in the tank drops, gas pressure regulator will open and fill in the tank with nitrogen valve. Due to the pressure control valve must be used in the pressure below 0.1MPa, if the site pressure is high, must install ZZDG-type gas pressure regulator to reduce the pressure to below 0.1MPa. Nominal pressure is 0.1MPa, the pressure can be set by sub-section, form 0.5KPa to below 66KPa, medium temperature≤80℃.
